I have not had any problems with this in years. It still works great! In my old office, I worked on the 2nd floor of a 20 story building. I tested the distance and worked when I rode the elevator down to the 1st floor and walked outside. This has truly been a life saver at work.

This is just what I was looking for and needed in my business. The 200 ft range is great and the sound quality ia super. I also had a client on the phone and with the system I had, all the background noise in the office could be heard, but with my new Plantronics, the client said she could only hear me and I was quite clear. Great product.

Works well, easy to use, easy to set up. This wireless office headset is perfect for the customer rep. that needs both hands to complete contracts on the computer from customers on the phone.
